



A major natural gas processing expansion project required temporary accommodation for more than 260 workers during construction. The remote location presented significant logistical challenges, including long transportation distances, severe winter temperatures below -35°C, and limited local infrastructure.
To overcome these challenges, a complete modular camp solution was selected because it could be manufactured simultaneously with site preparation, reducing the overall project schedule.
The delivered modular camp consisted of:

All buildings adopted galvanized steel structures designed to withstand heavy snow loads and strong winds. Exterior wall panels featured high-density polyurethane insulation to improve thermal performance while reducing energy consumption.
The camp was designed with standardized modular dimensions, allowing efficient transportation by truck and rapid on-site installation using mobile cranes.
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems were pre-installed inside the factory before shipment, significantly reducing commissioning time.
The modular camp was completed approximately 45% faster than a comparable conventional construction schedule.
More than 92% of the building work was completed in the factory before delivery.
The camp successfully operated throughout the winter construction period while maintaining comfortable indoor temperatures for workers.
