Our Code is structured around four pillars that define the “Linsonmodular Way.” These standards apply to every employee, contractor, and board member across our global factory network and project sites.

We reject hidden contingencies and opaque change-order practices that erode trust. In our data-driven environment, we ensure specifications, BIM models, and production data are accurate and current.
  • We Protect Data and Intellectual Property. Our proprietary modular systems, digital platforms, and client designs are sacred assets. We safeguard them against cyber threats, respect confidentiality agreements, and never use intellectual property without explicit authorization.
